Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return a device and receive a refund.
Every device is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against hardware defects determined to have existed prior to the sale. Our qualified technicians assess each claim to confirm coverage.
When a covered defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we resolve it in the following order:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Payments made by card or mobile money through our payment processor are refunded to that same card or mobile money account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
Devices must be returned in their original condition — free from physical damage, liquid damage or unauthorized modifications — together with the original purchase receipt. Returning a device that does not meet these conditions may void the claim.
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully and to seek advice from our staff before buying.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental or intentional misuse, abuse or neglect. Batteries on items marked as used are also excluded, as battery performance naturally declines over time.
To begin a return or warranty claim, contact our customer service team within the warranty period with your original purchase receipt and a description of the issue. We will validate the claim and provide return instructions.
