1. About us

Payless4Tech is a technology retailer based in Accra, Ghana, selling new and certified pre-owned electronics online at payless4tech.com and from our physical store at Dworwulu Junction, opposite Fiesta Royale (AJR85+W46), Accra. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Payless4Tech.

2. Products & pricing

We sell new and certified pre-owned devices. Product descriptions, specifications, condition labels and images are provided to be as accurate as possible. All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice, and stock is limited to quantities on hand.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. We confirm orders once payment is received. We accept secure online payments by card and mobile money through our payment processor, as well as in-store payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Ghana, with same-day options available in Accra. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

5. Warranty, returns & refunds

Devices are covered by our 30-day warranty against hardware defects. Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to defraud others. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

7. Intellectual property

The content on payless4tech.com — including our name, logo, text and images — is owned by Payless4Tech or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Ghanaian consumer law.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
